What is the packing way of our dining chairs and bar chairs?
I. Details of the Stacking Operation
This aluminum strip-patterned dining bar chair is packed in a stacked manner. It is assembled layer by layer through the chair's own frame design. A single stack can neatly hold 25 to 30 chairs. The hard structure of the aluminum plate enables it to interlock and support each other. After stacking, the whole structure is neat and stable, without any tilting or shaking. This perfectly achieves a small volume while significantly reducing the space occupied by the packing. Compared to single-piece independent packaging, the single container loading capacity can be significantly increased, effectively reducing the shipping and logistics costs.
II. Layered protection design to ensure transportation safety
For each chair, a layer of foam rubber and kraft paper is wrapped to protect the space between two stacked aluminum board chairs. Pearl cotton or thick corrugated partitions are placed in between to separate the metal surfaces, preventing scratches and dents on the aluminum plates during transportation due to bumps and jolts. This also helps avoid the fading of the striped paint finish. At the weak areas such as the chair corners, additional protective cotton is added to cushion the impact force from bumps during transportation.
Whole stack outer packaging: After stacking the entire set neatly, it is fully wrapped with thick moisture-proof kraft paper for overall protection. This prevents moisture from the sea transportation and dust from the dock. After the entire set of chairs is assembled, zip ties are used to securely tie and fix the entire set of chairs to avoid the stacked chairs from becoming loose and sliding off.
